Yes. You can import equipment, PM schedules, and parts via CSV. Most teams are fully set up within an hour.

RunTight works offline. Techs can view work orders, complete checklists, and log readings without a connection. Everything syncs automatically when they're back online.

Spreadsheets can't push notifications to your techs, auto-generate work orders on schedule, track PM compliance, or work offline on a phone. RunTight does all of that — with an audit trail you can show to auditors.

CSV import/export, a REST API with key authentication, and outbound webhooks are all available today. Webhooks push work order events (created, completed, overdue, PM due) to Zapier, Make, or your own middleware with HMAC signature verification. Pre-built ERP connectors (QuickBooks, SAP Business One) are on the roadmap — email us if you need something specific.
